The founders, Dr. Morris and Rev. Laraine, have served the greater Mercer County community since 1996. They began their service out of a family-owned storefront and one-bedroom apartment in Trenton, New Jersey. With a passion for helping, serving, and loving the underprivileged, disenfranchised, and financially challenged, they soon settled with a headquarters where they could operate a Non-profit agency to provide teaching, tutoring, food giveaways, holiday meals, life skills, and yearly holiday gift giveaways. Like so many others, the 2019 social decimation of the COVID-19 pandemic and its mandates forced an abrupt close to years of community service. Life Keeper Ministries is the revitalized, God-inspired commission and commitment back to the community they once so vitally and vibrantly served.
